Consumers are activated through social ads and were driven to Sampler to create an account to match the consumer with the right sample. They completed a short diagnostic which featured questions around hair care and hair type. Once complete, the consumers simply inputted their shipping address and. their Kérastase sample was delivered straight to their home free of charge.
By leveraging Sampler, their global team was able to gather insights and visibility all in one central dashboard while each market was able to localize their experience according to the country. The global team was able to share best practices, brand assets and set standardized KPIs across each market all in one place rather than having to coordinate multiple suppliers across different markets.
