ANNOUNCEMENT

Sampler announces CPG industry’s first-ever consumer sentiment machine learning tool

Toronto, ON: Sampler is thrilled to announce their newest machine learning tool within their product sampling dashboard, known as Consumer Sentiment Analysis. As the first of its kind within the CPG and sampling space, the Consumer Sentiment Analysis tool sifts through thousands of consumer reviews, surveys, and social posts to identify key themes, keywords and sentiment about a brand’s product. On top of the deep consumer insights brands already have access to in the Sampler Analytics Dashboard, the consumer sentiment analysis tool will show CPG brands which product features, ingredients and messaging really resonate with consumers. This allows brands to not only deeply understand exactly how consumers feel about their product on a mass scale in real time, but also speak the same language as their consumers in future marketing campaigns.
